Updated 29 October 2026. This policy explains the information VictoniBuild needs to provide accounts, evidence storage, screening and billing.
Information we process
We process account details, organisation membership, project records, SiteDiary entries, GroundData, evidence files, review actions, audit records and subscription status.
How we use information
We use these records to provide the service, enforce account access, calculate plan limits, create reports, maintain audit history, support users and prevent misuse.
Browser storage and hosting
Your browser stores sign-in session information so you can access your workspace. Sign out on shared devices. Hosting, database and file-storage providers process data needed to run the service. Do not upload records you lack permission to share.
Payments
When paid checkout is available, Paystack processes payment-card and bank-payment details. VictoniBuild stores payment references, plan information and subscription status. VictoniBuild does not need to store complete card details.
Access and retention
Organisation access controls separate customer workspaces. Authorised members see records according to their role. We retain records needed for active accounts, audit integrity, contractual duties and dispute handling.
Your requests
Contact support@fiidonant.com to request access, correction or account closure. Some audit records may need to remain as restricted evidence of completed project decisions.
