Clear rules for accounts, evidence and subscriptions

Service scope

VictoniBuild records construction evidence and provides rule-based screening. Its outputs do not replace site investigation, design verification, statutory approval or a qualified professional's responsibility.

Account responsibility

You must provide accurate information, protect your sign-in details and give access only to authorised members. An author cannot approve their own controlled record.

Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions start after successful payment confirmation. The selected plan sets the access period and price. Any recurring payment requires the renewal terms shown at checkout. Organisation licences cover an annual period. Enterprise arrangements follow the signed quotation or contract.

Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel renewal before the next billing date and retain access until the paid period ends. Used subscription periods are not refunded. We review duplicate charges, confirmed billing errors and service failures individually. Applicable law may provide additional rights.

Acceptable use

You must not submit unlawful material, misrepresent evidence, interfere with access controls, attempt unauthorised access or present screening output as an unqualified professional approval.
